Met with cruelty wherever he goes, the friendless creature, increasingly desperate and vengeful, vows to track down his creator and strike a terrifying deal. With tacky leg lamps, weird department store Santas, and ruined turkey dinners – courtesy of the neighbor’s dog – the holiday season commences at Mercer County Community College’s (MCCC's) Kelsey Theatre with “A Christmas Story – The Musical.”

Kelsey Theatre is located on the college’s West Windsor Campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road. 

Tickets are $20 for adults, $18 for seniors and $16 children/students. Tickets may be purchased at www.kelseytheatre.net or by calling the Kelsey Box Office at 609-570-3333. Kelsey Theatre is wheelchair accessible, with free parking next to the theater.

The Greater Princeton Steinway Society will present pianists Inessa Gleyzerova-Shindel and Galina Prilutskaya in a piano duo concert on Sunday, November 18, 2018. The concert will take place at 3:00 p.m. in the recital hall at Jacobs Music, 2540 Brunswick Pike (U.S. Route 1), Lawrenceville. NJ. A reception with refreshments and conversation with the performers will follow the performance.

Both Ms. Shindel and Ms. Prilutskaya are on the faculty at Westminster Conservatory in Princeton. Their program will include piano works by Moszkowski, Schubert, Chopin, Bortkiewicz, Santana, Kreisler/Rachmaninoff, and G. Anderson. Admission is $20 for individual nonmembers and $10 for full-time student nonmembers. The box office opens at Jacobs Music 30 minutes before each concert. Seating is limited so please arrive early to assure a seat.

On Sunday, November 18, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, Boheme Opera NJ will host its 30th anniversary season gala, A NIGHT ON THE NILE. This will be held at The Boathouse at Mercer Lake, 334 South Post Road, West Windsor NJ.

The theme of the gala will be Egyptian in nature, to commemorate the company’s new production of Giuseppe Verdi’s AIDA in April 2019. Featured will be Boheme Opera’s popular silent auction and wine pull, sumptuous cuisine stations by the Boathouse, and the centerpiece of the occasion, a quartet of rising stars performing four sets of Opera and Broadway.
