In this fun, interactive, and educational program, members of the Princeton Symphony Orchestra introduce audiences to the wide-ranging group of instruments that make up the percussion family. You’ll meet an assortment of drums, cymbals, chimes, and lots of other instruments that are played by hitting, shaking, or scraping. Milk & Cookies is a lively, interactive storytelling and music series for families. This program is the perfect way to introduce children ages 3-10 to live theater.

Born To Learn: The Montessori Story is an original musical for all ages that celebrates the remarkable life of Dr. Maria Montessori. Originally commissioned in 2019 by the Princeton Montessori School in celebration of their 50th anniversary, Born To Learn: The Montessori Story brings audiences on an inspiring journey about Dr. Montessori's life and the inspirations behind her groundbreaking work with children. From her early years as a leader in the woman's suffrage movement and her incredible achievements as one of Italy's very first female doctors to her trailblazing research as an educationalist and her life long dedication to peace through education, Dr. Montessori was a true "rebel girl" of her times! An uplifting and inspiring story full of fun music and dance, Born to Learn is perfect for the entire family!

Concert, Bravura Philharmonic Orchestra - “Fanfares from Classic to Modern”

Moving in Our Community, Rider Dances 2020

Rider Dances, Rider University's annual dance performance featuring Rider students, will look at the many ways dance interfaces with our lives. Performances will be Saturday, March 7, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 8, at 2 p.m. in the Theater in the Bart Luedeke Center.

Dr. Kim Chandler Vaccaro, is artistic director of the production and choreographer for two works. Other choreographers are Merli V. Guerra, Laney Engelhard, Julie Johnson Thick, Jennifer Gladney and Justin Dominic Melvin. Hosts for the program are Josiah Jacoby and Gabriela Alter. The program will also include a film created by student Rose Conroy-Voza.

The Grateful Dead Tribute Concert - Kelsey Theater, Mercer Community College

Calling all Deadheads young and old! The Reock & Roll Revue returns to Mercer County Community College's (MCCC's) Kelsey stage March 6-8 for a psychedelic, tie-dyed weekend of performances with the band's newest show "The Grateful Dead: The Studio Recordings 1967-1977."

Three Days. Three Albums. One Weekend. For the first time ever, Reock & Roll Revue will bring to life the Grateful Dead's musical energy. The band will journey through the first ten years of the Dead's studio recordings then recreate the music from a different Grateful Dead album each night as originally recorded on vinyl. The performance will also feature a video compilation of Reock & Roll Revue shows.

Saturday night, March 7. The Band will play the enduring masterpiece "American Beauty" which was the Dead's fifth studio album that was recorded back to back with "Workingman's Dead." The vinyl peaked at number 30 on the Billboard 200 chart and includes the hit song "Truckin'." Other favorites on the album include "Till the Morning Comes," "Sugar Magnolia" and "Friend of the Devil."
