Hopewell Tour Des Arts

Hopewell Tour Des Arts is holding its 15th year of celebrating the local artists of Hopewell NJ. Come join us in highlighting our community's talented and diverse artists and visit them in their own personal studios. You'll be able to see and purchase skillfully crafted artwork, as well as experience first hand the behind-the-scenes that goes into creating each piece. Happening October 1st and 2nd and will be free admission.

Stony Brook Walking Tour, Historical Society of Princeton

Before there was a "Princeton," Quaker families established a community on the fertile ground along Stony Brook. This part-lecture, part-2 mile hike explores the lives of the early settlers and the community they established, while following a portion of the trail George Washington took from Trenton to the Princeton Battlefield. Stops include the Stony Brook Meeting House and Burial Ground, walking a portion of the "hidden" back road into Princeton, and a view of the Battlefield.

What better way to celebrate fall than with Pick-Your-Own Pumpkins and Apples! Choose just the right pumpkin for your jack-o’-lanterns or decorations. Kids have fun at the pumpkin painting station. Apple picking is at our 13 Van Kirk Road location. Enjoy pony rides, pedal and play tractors, children’s games & activities, visit the Corn Stalk Maze and Hay Bale Maze, Adventure Story Barn “All About Pumpkins”, our barnyard of farm animals and so much more farm fun. Take a stroll on our pollinator sunflower trail and discover the farm on our scavenger hunt.

Terhune Orchards features live music played by some of our best local talent. On Saturday enjoy the tunes of Tookany Creek and on Sunday tap your toes to Heavy Traffic Blue Grass Band. 31st Annual Cranberry Fest

Join us for the 31st Annual Cranberry Festival! A Juried Arts, Crafts & Maker Show / Sale

This two day event features over 100 crafters, artists and vendors offering hand made, vintage and upcycled items for the heart and home! FREE to attend! Icarus and Other Party TricksLewis Center for the Arts, Drapkin Studio, Lewis Arts Complex, Princeton University. New play written and directed by Princeton senior Sarah Grinalds. In this first semi-staged reading, audiences are invited into the immersive world of a manic episode, shrouded in color, grief, and tenderness. Free. 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

The WolvesMcCarter Theater, 91 University Place, Princeton, 609-258-2787. Sarah de Lappe's drama about nine young women on a competitive high school soccer team navigating high pressure games and a growing understanding of their complicated world. Thoroughly Modern MillieMusic Mountain Theater, 1483 State Route 179, Lambertville. Set in New York City in 1922, the musical tells the story of young Millie Dillmount from Kansas, who comes to New York in search of a new life for herself. $25. 8 p.m.

Riverside Symphonia Concert - A Journey from Venice to Buenos Aires & Rio

Virginia Luque, guitar, RS Chamber Ensemble Experience a one of a kind musical journey with guitar sounds from the Venetian Church to the colorful streets of Rio de Janeiro. Virtuosic and sensual compositions from the Baroque period all the way to the contemporary flamenco period, featuring Spanish born performer and composer Virginia Luque, will transcend Lambertville and take the audience to a sonic realm of exultation.
