Mardi Gras Celebration, Crossing Vineyards & Winery
SATURDAY-SUNDAY: February 17-18, Noon-6pm “Pass a good time” as they say in NOLA, with a weekend of live jazz, beads and king cake cupcakes at Crossing Vineyards. Bring your krewe and enjoy drink and snack specials. Be sure to try a “CAT-5,” Crossing’s version of New Orlean’s famous libation “The Hurricane.” Laissez le bon temps rouler!

Celebrate Mardi Gras @Princeton Public Library
While commonly associated with Lent and Easter, Mardi Gras dates back thousands of years to pagan celebrations of spring and fertility. In this spirit of celebration and carnivale, the library hosts an evening that will blend multiple styles of music with dollops of jazz, funk, Dixieland, blues, ragtime, and world music. Musical acts include Ragtime Relics, Mink Ogata, The Skip Livingston Sometimes Dixieland Band, Alejandro Ataucsi and Stay Tuned. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Festival begins at 7.

Lviv National Philharmonic Orchestra of Ukraine, State Theater
Founded in 1902, the Lviv National Philharmonic Orchestra of Ukraine is one of the nation’s largest and most internationally renowned ensembles. The program includes a chamber symphony by Ukrainian composer Yevhen Stankovych; Grieg's Piano Concerto in A minor with Ukrainian piano soloist, Oksana Rapita; and Beethoven's Symphony No. 7 in A Major.

Concert, The Princeton Folk Music Society
A horizon-broadening evening with multi-talented singer and composer Moira Smiley. It has been said that Moira's mother tongue is traditional folk, but she draws on many different folk traditions, Appalachian, Celtic, early music, eastern European, shape-note singing, classical song, and jazz. Moira has toured globally and is known for enchanting audiences on stage, atop glaciers, in ships, or in cozy kitchens from Norway to Tasmania. Sordid Lives, Kelsey Theater
MTM Players is proud to present the ridiculously funny comedy "Sordid Lives." The play runs weekends February 17 - 26, 2023 at Mercer County Community College's Kelsey Theatre located on the college's West Windsor campus on 1200 Old Trenton Road. Penned by Del Shores, the play is set in the small town of Winters, Texas where a large family tries to come to grips with the death of their matriarch, Peggy. Her family puts the "fun" in "dysfunctional family" as they converge on this small town, causing skeletons to shake loose from the closet. Riotous feuding ensues, followed by the hilarity of resentment, remorse and reconciliation. Tickets are $20 for children, students and senior citizens, and $22 for adults.
