Spring Winery Weekend Music Series @Terhune's

Join family and friends for our winery weekend music series this Spring. Set in our wine orchard among 100-year-old apple trees, it is the perfect way to relax, connect, and toast the new season. Enjoy a glass of one of our award-winning wines, sit back, and listen to live music from local artists each week. Styles range from Jazz and Blues to Folk and Rock. The music is from 1 pm-4 pm. Light fare available. Bring the entire family to enjoy fresh air on the farm, stop in the farm store for fresh produce, baked goods, and local gourmet items, and stroll on the farm. Barn Door Cafe is open on weekends for lunch fare, homemade treats, and ice cream. Winery hours 12 pm-5 pm. No outside food or pets, please. Princeton Porchfest 2024

Porchfest is a walkable music festival where neighbors offer up their front porches as DIY concert venues. Talented local performers play rotating sets throughout the neighborhood during this day-long celebration of music, art, and our wonderful community. Stroll from porch to porch to enjoy live, local talent! Porchfest is free, open to the public, and designed to be easily accessible by foot and bike. Plus, town is full of amazing options for lunch, dinner, and drinks.

Animation Take-Over, Princeton Garden Theatre

Join Princeton Garden Theatre for the first ever Animation Takeover on the weekend of April 26 and 27. This two-day celebration will feature films that span the medium – from traditional hand-drawn techniques and stop motion to everything in-between. Spring for the Arts, Lawrenceville Main Street

Join us for poetry and education in the Foraging Forest in honor of National Poetry Month and National Native Plant Month. We will celebrate the art and science behind our native plants! Together with the Sourland Conservancy, we will present poetry inspired by nature and learn about these amazing foods that call the Sourlands home! This event is open to all ages. Look for an update in March about collecting submissions of poetry to be presented at this event.

Just after midnight, a snowdrift stops the Orient Express in its tracks. The luxurious train is surprisingly full for the time of the year, but by the morning it is one passenger fewer. An American tycoon lies dead in his compartment, stabbed eight times, his door locked from the inside. Isolated and with a killer in their midst, the passengers rely on Detective Hercule Poirot to identify the murderer – in case he or she decides to strike again.

After a bad batch of vichyssoise killed off fifty-two of the Little Sisters of Hoboken, the survivors emptied the coffers to bury the deceased, but ran out of cash before the last few bodies could be laid to rest! (Don’t worry – they’re in the kitchen freezer!). To raise funds they decide to put on a variety show. Will their prayers be answered before the health department discovers their secret? With hilarious talent acts, tongue-in-cheek musical numbers, and help from the audience, the show – the 3rd longest running Off-Broadway musical -- will tickle your fancy. $26/$24
