Fall Family Fun Weekends, Terhune's
Celebrate the season at Terhune Orchards with a day full of family fun on the farm! Each weekend offers more than 30 festive activities and attractions for all ages. Come early for free Wagon Rides (10am-1pm) and stay for toe-tapping Live Music (12-4pm). Apple Fresh: Pam’s Food Pavilion is filled with country fare, famous cider donuts, fresh apple cider, pie and so much more. Wine Orchard: In our 100 year historic apple orchard, enjoy a tasting flight or a glass of red, white, or fruit-based estate wines made from our own grapes and fruit.. Winery: For weekend entry, admission tickets must be purchased. Tickets are required for adults and children ages 3 years and up. Entry is free for children under 3.

Concert @Rockingham State Historic Site
On Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., Rockingham State Historic Site will host a concert by Practitioners of Musick at the Kingston Presbyterian Church on Rte. 27 in Kingston, NJ. This concert will celebrate Rockingham and the evolution of the historic house through local and international music reflecting the period of its 18th- & early 19th-century owners, the Higgins, the Berriens & the Crusers. Musicians performing will be John Burkhalter on English and Small Flutes, Donovan Klotzbeacher on harpsichord and Rebecca Mariman, soprano. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for attendance at this program by emailing rockinghamPoM25@dep.nj.gov, with your last name, # who wish to attend and a phone number. Your reservation will be complete when you receive a return confirmation email from us. Capacity for this program is higher than past on-site programming due to the larger venue! The event is open to ages 12 and up and there is a suggested donation of $10/person at the door.
